Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Village Home Co. We're here to help bring calm back to your home with practical, hands-on support. bPlease read the following before your appointment. What's Included Your Village Reset is a 60-minute home tidying service designed to refresh your home and help you get back on top of everyday tasks. During your appointment, we'll focus on the priorities you've identified and may assist with: Tidying living areas and bedrooms Making beds Loading or unloading the dishwasher Wiping kitchen benches and high-touch surfaces Folding laundry Putting items back in their place Taking out household rubbish General home resetting and light organisation As every home is different, we cannot guarantee all tasks will be completed within the allocated time. Appointment Duration Your booking includes 60 minutes of service. If you'd like additional time, you can: Book an extension when making your booking, or Request additional time during your appointment (subject to availability). Additional time is charged at the current service rate. Before We Arrive To help us make the most of your appointment, we kindly ask that: Safe access to your property is available. Pets are secured where necessary. Parking is available nearby where possible. Any specific priorities are included in your booking notes. What This Service Doesn't Include Village Reset is a light home tidying service and does not include: Deep cleaning Heavy scrubbing Oven cleaning Window cleaning Carpet cleaning Mould removal Moving heavy furniture Hoarding or large-scale decluttering projects If your home requires a more comprehensive clean or organisation project, we recommend booking Home Revival (Deep Clean) or Village Reset & Declutter. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee in accordance with our Booking Policy. Satisfaction Guarantee We take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality service.
