Whether you're a busy mum, juggling family life, preparing for a new season, or simply craving a more organised home, our Village Reset & Declutter service is designed to help you create functional, clutter-free spaces that are easier to maintain. Together, we'll sort, simplify and organise one area of your home, creating practical systems that suit your lifestyle. From overflowing pantries and chaotic wardrobes to linen cupboards and toy rooms, we'll help transform everyday spaces into calm, organised areas you'll love using. Perfect for busy families, professionals, seniors, downsizers, new parents or anyone wanting to reclaim their home from clutter. What's Included ✔ Decluttering and sorting ✔ Practical organisation systems ✔ Light shelf and surface wipe-downs ✔ Disposal of rubbish into household bins ✔ Donation items neatly boxed or bagged ✔ Product recommendations (if requested) Please Note This service focuses on decluttering and organisation and does not include detailed house cleaning or the removal of large quantities of rubbish. If additional time is required, your organiser will discuss this with you before continuing.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing The Village Home Co. We're here to help create calm, functional and organised spaces that work for your lifestyle. Please read the following before your appointment. What's Included Your booking includes hands-on decluttering and organising of one nominated area within your booked appointment time. Examples include: Pantry Fridge Kitchen cupboards Wardrobe Linen cupboard Bathroom storage Laundry Home office Toy room Entryway General home organisation We'll work with you to sort, organise and create practical systems that are easy to maintain. Appointment Duration Your booking includes 2 hours of professional organising. If additional time is required to complete your project, we'll discuss your options before continuing. Additional time is charged at the current hourly rate. Before We Arrive To help us make the most of your appointment, we ask that: Walkways are clear and safe. Children and pets are supervised where possible. You are available to make decisions about items you'd like to keep, donate or discard. Decision Making We will never dispose of, donate or relocate your belongings without your approval. Any donation items will be neatly boxed or bagged for you to arrange collection or delivery. Storage Products Storage containers, baskets, labels and organisational products are not included in the service price unless otherwise agreed. We're happy to recommend suitable products to suit your space and budget. Cleaning This service focuses on decluttering and organisation. Light wiping of shelves and surfaces may be completed during the organising process; however, detailed house cleaning is not included. If you're looking for a thorough clean before or after organising, we recommend booking our Home Revival or Village Refresh service. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee in accordance with our booking policy. Satisfaction Our goal is to leave you with a home that feels calmer, more functional and easier to maintain.
