Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Village Home Co. We appreciate the opportunity to care for your home or business. Please take a moment to read our booking policy before confirming your appointment. Booking Confirmation Appointments are confirmed once your booking request has been accepted. We may contact you to clarify service details before your appointment. Payments Payment is due at the time of booking or on completion of the service, depending on your selected payment method. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged 100% of the service fee. Access to Your Property Please ensure we have safe access to your property at the scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to access the property, a call-out fee may apply. Our Service Area The Village Home Co. proudly provides home cleaning, laundry, tidying and home organisation services throughout the Penrith Local Government Area (LGA) and selected surrounding suburbs. Additional baskets or oversized items may incur additional charges. Pickup and delivery are included within our standard service area. Satisfaction Guarantee If you're not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we'll work with you to make it right wherever possible. Insurance The Village Home Co. is fully insured for your peace of mind. Health & Safety For the safety of our team, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where conditions are unsafe or pose a health risk.
